Cartoon Network Re-Ups ‘Uncle Grandpa,’ ‘Steven Universe’
Cartoon Network announced today that it would renew both Uncle Grandpa and Steven Universe through five seasons.
Uncle Grandpa, created by Pete Browngardt, is currently nearing the end of its second season, while Steven Universe, by Rebecca Sugar, will start its third season this June. While the network didn’t give a number on how many new episodes will be in seasons 4 and 5 of each show, you can rest assured that there’s plenty more episodes of both shows headed your way.
Cartoon Network also announced that starting next month, Uncle Grandpa will become the host of a new Saturday morning programming block called “Good Mornings with Uncle Grandpa.”
