The colorful sea monster Ruffen lives on an ocean island, in a community of sea monsters hiding from humans. But no one cares about Ruffen. To the others he is just the sea monster who can't swim.
One day, when the sea monsters decide to send the one and only tough Tony to Loch Ness in Scotland on a very important quest, Ruffen is challenged to prove what he is made of. Encountering new friends and surprising enemies, Ruffen finds himself having to save his island from being discovered by humans, all by himself. But how can you save the day, if you can't even swim?
