The monster Bulder and his best friend Modika are training for the different sports in the upcoming Monster Ympics with Modika´s monsterball Turbo. While training alone Bulder looses Turbo,
who gets caught by the dreaded Monster Patrol. Bulder wants to go to the humans to get Turbo back. But Modika is afraid of loosing Bulder too, and Bulder must promise not to go there. When a new, strange monster called Mons arrives in Dunderly, Bulder finds out that Mons is actually an expert on humans. Bulder decides to befriend Mons so he can help him kidnap a human being and arrange a swap between the human and Turbo.In his efforts he finds out that you might find a friend where you didn't expect.
